Apple has determined a small percentage of Apple Watch Series 6, which were manufactured between April 2021 to September 2021, may experience blank screen permanently.
If your Apple Watch Series 6 was purchased within 2 years after the first retail sale of the unit, and is experiencing this issue, you are welcome to make a reservation for the inspection in our service centre, we will repair your device free of charge after verifying the eligibility of your device for this program.
Note: If your Apple Watch Series 6 has got a cracked screen or other issues which may impair the ability to complete the repair, there may be additional costs involved to resolve those issues prior to this service.
