IT Support Officer
The candidate will be responsible for carrying out IT support jobs both internally for our Company and externally for our customers. Under supervision and on-job training by the department head, typical jobs are:

To provide IT support services, coordination and documentation on software, hardware and IT systems internally and externally

Undertake workshop services and customer enquiries

Undertake IT field services for our customers

Station at our customer’s office for IT technical support work, maintenance, daily operation and documentation

Perform any ad-hoc assignment by the management
Eligibility Requirements:
Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates. Basic IT knowledge is preferable
Specific Knowledge/skills: Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
Sales Account Manager
The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving stipulated sales objectives. Under supervision and on-job training by the department head, typical jobs are:

Responsible for prospecting, qualification of new customer account, manage & maintain good relationship with customers

Undertake personal sales planning and bottom-line sales management

Develop & maximize sales to potential customers

Assist in working with the marketing department to plan and organize marketing and promotional activities

Willing to learn and improve IT knowledge, communication abilities, interpersonal relationship and sales skills

Prepare sales reports

Perform any ad-hoc assignment by the management
Eligibility Requirements:
High Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ Accounting
Specific Knowledge/skills: Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
