Yes, you can authorise 3rd person to pick up the goods by providing the following documents:
 
-  Pick up NotIfication Email
-  COPY of Student Card / Staff Card / HKID Card or Passport of Customer
-  ORIGINAL Authorisation Letter  
-  ORIGINAL HKID Card or Passport of Authorised Person 
 
可以，您可以通過提供以下資料或文件來授權第三者提貨：
 
- 取貨通知電郵
- 顧客之學生證 / 職員證或身份證副本
- 已填妥之授權書正本
- 代領人之身份證或護照正本

Can I change to home delivery service? 我可以改用送貨服務嗎?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change your self pick up option to home delivery service by transferring HK$150 delivery charge to our BOC Bank account as follow：
Please note that if change to delivery services, delivery schedule will be postponed.
 
BOC Bank Account：012-665-2-005337-8   (Payment slip is required, within transaction date & time)

可以，您可以通過以下方式將 150 港元的送貨費轉入我們的中國銀行賬戶，將您的自取選項更改為送貨上門服務。
請知悉如更換為送貨服務，運送日期將會推遲。

Can I pick up the item on behalf of my child? 我可以為我的子女領取貨品嗎?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may bring the original student identification document (eg. Student Card, Student HKID card or Passport) and the collection note to pick up the goods on behalf.  
 
可以，您可以攜帶學生證明文件的正本（例如學生證、學生的香港身份證或護照）及取貨通知郵件以領取貨品。

Question 5

How many days can the goods be stored at the redemption centre? 貨品最多可存放於自取點多少天?

Accepted Answer

You are required to collect the goods within 14 days, counting from the stock arrival time. If you can't schedule your pick-up within 14 days, your order will be forfeited or a storage fee will be applied.
 
您需要在收到取貨通知郵件的 14 天內取貨。如果您無法在 14 天內安排取貨，我們有機會收取你存倉費或您的訂單將被沒收。
