Service Notice (Apple Products Only)

1. All charges are required to be paid in Hong Kong dollars by cash, credit card or via electronic payment.

2. A valid Proof of Purchase shall be produced if requested by Senco-Masslink Technology Ltd. (referred to as “Senco” henceforth) Such valid Proof of Purchase must be an original receipt/invoice containing the name of the model and the serial number of the product, date of purchase and name of the retailer/merchant.

3. During the coverage period, the Covered Equipment is eligible for free repair and replacement of parts for defects and malfunction of machine/unit arising from its normal use. Such service eligibility may be affected if: (1) no valid Proof of Purchase is presented; (2) machine/unit is damaged in natural disaster; (3) machine/unit is damaged due to connection to other equipment, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair or modifications, or in transit.

4. For out of warranty product service, customer shall pay for any inspection, parts and/or labor charges of which the amount shall be determined by Senco (where applicable).

5. For out of warranty service, the replacement part(s) will be entitled to a 90-day guarantee period (commencing on the collection date of the repaired Covered Equipment) during which any further defects of the same repaired part(s) shall be replaced by Senco at no additional charge (excluding inspection and labor charges), provided that such guarantee shall not cover defects caused by misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair or modifications.

6. Consumables, including but not limited to, ribbon cartridges, ink cartridges, toner cartridges, power circuit boards, batteries, tube lights, etc. are not covered for service.

7. Any machine/unit checked in for repair and not reclaimed by the customer within 60 calendar days from the date of its receipt shall be disposed of by Senco in any way whatsoever without prior notice to the customer. Senco shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising therefrom whatsoever.

8. Customer is responsible for data backup before bringing in the machine/unit for repair. Senco is not liable for any damage to or loss of data or software during service.

9. Parts replaced during the repair will become property of Senco and are not returnable.

10. Customer will be responsible for transporting the machine/unit to and from Senco for service.

11. Senco reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. Our opening hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:30; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are closed.

13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Also, Senco’s interpretation, settlement and decisions are final. Under any situation, Senco’s compensation and liability to the customer is limited to the maximum value equivalent to the service charge of this Service Notice.

When you provide Senco-Masslink with your personal information including but not limited to name (or alias), e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number, and you do not opt out Senco-Masslink, our representatives and affiliates may use the provided information to update you with product upgrades, special offers, updated information, classes, new services, and other information. Our representatives and affiliates may include value-added resellers and authorized training partners. Beyond its representatives and affiliates, Senco-Masslink does not offer or allow the selling of any user-provided information to third parties.

Senco-Masslink respects the rights users give us when opting to receive e-mail communications and enforces internal policies to preserve those rights. It is our objective to retain the long-term ability to continue to communicate with our users.

If you do not want Senco-Masslink or our representatives to contact you, you may "opt out" of this preference at any time, whether youre online or contacting Senco-Masslink directly. As part of your preference flexibility, youll always have the option to opt back in and have Senco-Masslink contact you based on your previous or new preferences. If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still visit most of our website pages; however, you will not have access to areas that require personal identification. Personal information that you post to online forums, if any, is accessible by other forum participants.
