Hardware Maintenance
General Terms and Conditions for Apple Mobile Devices

Service Centre Address: 22/F., Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong
Service Hour: Monday – Friday: 9:00am - 06:30pm (Close on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Service covers all hours as specified above. The service, however, excludes the time when typhoon signal number 8 or above, black rainstorm or any other weather signal / conditions is hoisted which renders road usage unsafe and / or public transportation inaccessible, Senco-Masslink Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred as Senco)  will not be obliged whatsoever to carry out any maintenance service until the condition has ceased.

Response Time
  • Senco Technical Support will update customer within 8 working hours after receive the unit for inspection.
  • It may take 3-4 working days for normal repair process. If the unit won’t power on or can’t verify the unit serial number, the repair process will be longer.
Hardware Maintenance - Coverage
SENCO shall provide the following maintenance service in respect of the hardware equipment.


a. During maintenance period, equipment (excluding consumables) is fully covered against defective material under normal use. In general, maintenance covers motherboard, storage, RAM, standard I/O card, standard display card and power supply. No repair / replacement will be provided if (i) the machine / unit is damaged under natural disaster, acts of God, accidents, fires, explosions, floods or the alike; (ii) the machine / unit is damaged due to misapplication, misuse, abuse, accidental damaged or unauthorized repair or modification on the machine / unit. 

b. Hardware maintenance shall cover parts and labor throughout the specified agreement period. If the requested repairs require labor and/or parts not specified under this Agreement, we will seek the Customer’s approval of a chargeable service. 

c. Senco would use new, used or reconditioned parts whichever appropriate to complete the repairing service for the Customer. We will retain the replaced part that is exchanged under repair service as our property, and the replacement part will become the Customer’s property. If the Customer requires us to return a replaced part, the Customer needs to pay us the additional cost of the replacement item. 

d. The Maintenance Charge does not cover the cost of the following items which shall be borne by the Customer or otherwise charged separately,

· Electrical work external to the equipment
· Changes, modify or alterations in specifications 
· Furnishing accessories or consumables for the equipment
· Maintenance of accessories and attachments of the equipment
· Maintenance service of consumables of the equipment
· Data cleaning service
· Data recovery service
· Detailed color and position tuning for display Panel
· damage caused by the presence of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, biological materials and allergens, that present a risk to human health


e. Customer is responsible for data backup before bringing in the machine / unit for repair. Senco is not liable to any damage to or loss of data or software during inspection and or repair process. 

f. Customer will be responsible for transporting the machine / unit to and from our service centre whenever service is not covered by the agreement. 


*Senco-Masslink Technology Ltd. reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice. 
*Should there be any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
