1. Senco service centre reserves the right to determine the final repair issue after actual inspection, and provide appropriate repair options depending on the warranty of devices, repair costs and time may then vary accordingly.
2. FREE pickup and return will only be eligible for ONE iOS unit, there may have additional delivery charge for more than one unit depending the weight and packing size, also THREE units delivery in each collection for maximum.
3. Customers are responsible to well packed and protected the shipping device, Senco will only responsible on the cosmetic condition when first open box of the packing.
4. Senco is choosing SF express as the default carrier, and will only provide delivery service on Monday to Saturday 10AM - 5PM. Any other preferred time may using another carrier where delivery charge may vary.
